Since established in 2012, Ningbo International Healthcare Centeris the first and largestInternationalstandard medical center in Ningbo. Later on, the newly upgraded International Outpatient Department was open in March 2017. Medicalservices from the department follow the principle of "patient comes first",and all the staffs are dedicated to provide high-quality and personalizedhealthcare service that cover outpatient and inpatient, physical check-ups and health consultationsto the foreign patients and domestic patients with international insurance.At present, International Outpatient Department has about 2,000 patient visits each year,who come from more than 80 countries and regions worldwide.

International Outpatient Departmentoffers patients a good environment, facilities and strict privacy protection. The healthcare personnel consists of  English-speaking nurses and medical translatorsthat offer guiding and accompanying service, and an Internationalized professional team of family physicians and specialists. The department director is also the adjunct assistant professor in Northwestern University US, and the majority of physicians in the team have overseas medical training or working experiences, which ensure an International standard quality of healthcare.During last 5 years, rely on our outstanding specialistteam and advanced medical equipments, the department has successfully diagnosed and treated many International patients withrare, complicated or critical diseases, which won the recognition and praises from foreign embassies and Ningbo municipal government, and obtainedthe exclusive medical award of “International Exchange Demonstration Base” in Ningbo city. At present, the department has established collaborations with several world famous universities and hospitals, including University of Nottingham UK,Northwestern Universityand Indiana University US.By integrated work of training foreign medical students and interns each year, providinghigh-quality and comforting healthcare to domestic and foreign people, and conductingadvanced medical research, our department gained a great academic reputation and influences in Zhejiang and Ningbo areas.

國際門診

浙江大學寧波市第一醫院國際醫療保健中心于2012年成立，是寧波市首個成立且規模最大的涉外醫療中心。全新升級的國際門診部于2017年3月創建成立，倡導以“患者至上”為服務理念，致力于為浙江地區居住和工作旅游的外籍人士、國際保險持有者及海外華僑華胞提供優質的國際門診、健康咨詢、體檢保健以及住院醫療服務。目前國際門診部年診治外籍患者約兩千人次，患者來自世界各地80余個國家和地區。

國際門診部擁有良好的就診環境和患者隱私保護，配備有專業從事涉外醫療的醫師護士及醫學翻譯，并建立起了一支國際化的?？茖＜覉F隊。國際門診部負責人為美國西北大學兼職助理教授，團隊中大部分醫師具有歐美醫院學習工作經歷，具備了國際標準的醫療服務水平。本部門自成立以來，依托全院的雄厚技術力量，多次成功治愈各種疑難雜癥和高危外籍患者，受到了美國領事館等外國使館以及寧波市政府的高度評價，并被授予寧波市醫學類唯一的“對外交流示范基地”。國際門診部目前已和美國西北大學、美國印第安納大學和英國諾丁漢大學等歐美醫學院校建立了良好學術合作關系，每年接收外籍留學生的臨床實習，竭誠為國內外患者提供優質且舒心的健康醫療保障，并開展國際合作的醫學研究，在浙江及寧波地區具有較大的學術影響力。
