At present, the hospital has signed direct billing agreement with five International health insurance companies, including Bupa China, Ping An Healthcare Insurance Company of China, MSH (Shanghai Wanxinhe Business Management Co. Ltd),Cigna &CMB and Atena. According to the agreement, all the medical expenses of these five insurance companies’ clients will be paid by their insurance companies,the hospital will do the claim for the patients, which is greatly convenient to the patients.

For the patients that hold other International health insurance, please contact your insurance company to make sure if outpatient service is covered, the medical expenses in Ningbo hospitals are prepaid，and you need to keep all the receipts and medical records for afterwards reimbursement.

目前，國際保健中心已與保柏、平安健康、萬欣禾（MSH）、招商信諾、安泰共五家大型保險公司簽訂了直接結算協議，協議保險公司客戶的所有診療費用將由醫院與保險公司結算，這一與國際接軌的結算服務，順應了外籍人士的就醫習慣，極大的方便了外籍人士的就醫。

對于持有其他國際醫療保險的患者，請與您的保險公司聯系確定是否涵蓋本醫院的門急診服務，因醫院的醫療費用需要預付，請您保留所有收據發票和病歷以便事后報銷。
